Kimberly Valentine

Kim Valentine is the President and founder of Operation Helping Hands. She is also an attorney and founder of Valentine Law Group. Ms. Valentine’s passion for nonprofit work stems from her own personal experiences of teenage homelessness. She founded Operation Helping Hands with two goals in mind: to assist the homeless, and to bring awareness to her children as well as our local youth communities about homelessness issues.

Casey Johnson

Casey Johnson is a partner at the law firm of Aitken*Aitken*Cohn with offices in Santa Ana, Riverside and San Clemente, where he represents individuals and families who have suffered injuries or the loss of a loved one as the result of the negligent conduct of others, including matters involving transportation accidents, dangerous property and unreasonable insurance companies acting in bad faith, as well as cases involved elder abuse and neglect. Service has always been in Casey’s blood and he has continually volunteered for and served in leadership positions with various organizations throughout his life. Casey was honored to be invited to join the Board of Directors of Operation Helping Hands in 2017, and is committed to helping create a more humane, understanding world, and working to bring dignity and awareness to the struggles surrounding housing insecurity. He continues to support the organization in any way he can and looks very forward to the backpack project weekends each year.

Cory Sibert

Mr. Sibert is a recent graduate from the University of Arizona with a degree in Food Studies. His passion is food in general, but specifically sustainability and pivoting food to those less fortunate. Cory was instrumental in the development of Operation Helping Hands and has been working with the organization since its inception.

Kelsey Clifford

Kelsey Clifford is a paralegal at the law firm Valentine Law Group where she assists with cases representing victims and families of neglect, abuse and negligence throughout California. Kelsey graduated with her B.A. in Communication from California State University of San Marcos where she spent her last year volunteering at a transitional home for homeless veterans assisting to provide them resources for a successful future. Kelsey has grown up volunteering her time to various organizations throughout Southern California. She has a passion for event planning and leads the coordination and organization of Operation Helping Hands bi-annual backpack events.

Silvia Bacolot

Construction Loan Disbursement Administrator with 40 years’ experience in the business banking industry. Silvia specializes in management duties in the commercial construction industry overseeing the disbursement process. Silvia’s positive attitude and tireless energy allow her to devote time to helping our Veterans, providing resources in obtaining benefits and services our Veterans have earned and deserve. Silvia is inspired daily by her husband of 35 years and their five grown children. In her free time, Silvia enjoys reading, bike riding and spending time with her 9 grandchildren.

Bryce Clifford

Bryce Clifford is the Vice President of Operation Helping Hands. Bryce has a background of event management where he executed successful fundraising events for schools, nonprofits, companies and firms in Southern California. Bryce leads Operation Helping Hands’ annual golf tournament and makes a pretty good MC too. Bryce has been involved with Operation Helping hands since its inception in 2011.
